Honest workplace discussion needs room for criticism and firm limits around privacy, evidence, and safety.
Discuss behavior, not targets
Contributors may describe unfair scheduling, harassment, weak supervision, tip disputes, burnout, or unsafe conditions. They should remove names and details that identify players, colleagues, witnesses, or properties unless publication is lawful, fair, necessary, and supported.
Material we will not publish
We do not accept threats, hate speech, doxxing, personal attacks, unsupported accusations, active investigation details, security coverage, access methods, player financial information, or instructions that could help someone cheat or avoid detection.
Editing and moderation
Anonymous submissions may be shortened, fact-checked, or altered to remove identifying details. Serious allegations require evidence and a fair review process. Some accounts cannot be published safely even when the contributor appears sincere.
