How to use the casebook

Do not jump straight to the answer

Pause after the opening situation and decide what you would preserve, what you would say, who you would call, and which action you would refuse to improvise. Then read the rest of the case. The objective is not to memorise one property's procedure. It is to build the habit of making a controlled decision under pressure.
