Source Policy
A dealer’s account can explain working life. It cannot establish a countrywide salary, legal rule, or licensing requirement.
Current facts
Law, licensing, visas, work permits, tax, salaries, health guidance, regulation, and active casino markets require dated sources appropriate to the jurisdiction. Official and primary sources are preferred where they exist.
How citations are presented
Article and verified-market citations use a structured evidence record: source title or clear reference label, publisher identity, secure URL, publication or update date when the publisher states one, our access date, and a short note explaining what the source supports. A missing publisher date or unverified exact page title is shown honestly rather than guessed.
External source links open on the publisher’s site with protections that prevent the new page from controlling the Staffroom tab. A citation does not mean that the source supports every sentence in an article; the evidence note defines its role.
Workplace experience
Named and anonymous employees can explain routines, management behavior, tip systems, accommodation, or career decisions. Their account should be presented as an account, not expanded into a universal claim. Repeated independent reports may show a pattern, but still require careful wording.
Conflicts and uncertainty
When credible sources disagree, the article should show the disagreement rather than choose the most convenient version. If information cannot be verified, the page should say so or remain unpublished.
