Transparent methodology
Guaranteed monthly income and weekly hours are used only to show an hourly equivalent in the same currency you entered. They do not increase or reduce the evidence score. The evidence score reflects four documentation questions: housing/transport, lawful employer and work authorization, exit terms, and separation of guaranteed and variable pay.
A stronger status means more of those material terms are written and clear. If the legal-employer or work-authorization field is unclear, the result is blocked regardless of the other answers.
It cannot compare purchasing power across currencies, decide whether pay is good, verify legality, predict visa or gaming approval, or judge employer reliability.
Two offers can show the same evidence status even when their salaries are very different. That is deliberate: salary level is displayed for your comparison, while documentation quality is assessed separately.
